The Vegetarian Mushroom Balls are not the traditional Western Meatballs. These are made of Konjak Mannan to give that bouncy and firm and lightly crisp texture and mixed with Shiitake Mushroom and other seasonings/spices for flavours. It's perfect for soup, stew, braise, hotpot, barbecue!
