The Vegetarian Mushroom Balls are not the traditional Western Meatballs. These are made of Konjak Mannan to give that bouncy and crisp texture and mixed with Celery, Shiitake Mushroom and other seasonings/spices for flavours. The texture is softer and more "fibrey" and "bouncy" compared to our Vegetarian Mushroom Balls. It's perfect for soup, stew, braise, hotpot, barbecue, etc.!
