Frozen Smoked Soybean Beancurd (Vegan) 冷凍燻豆皮絲 (全素）
The soybean beancurd is handmade layered with skin of beancurd then rolled into a cube then smoked slowly for a period of time with light seasoning then shredded into strips and freeze. No added preservatives or any chemical flavouring/seasonings.
It’s literally a less then 10 minute dish. All you need to do is to defrost, mix it with some shredded cucumbers, carrots, and sesame oil, then ready to eat! Oh, if you are Cilantro lovers, you can add some to garnish at the top. If you prefer to eat Smoked Soybean Beancurd warm, you can stir fry them with some shredded celeries!
