Fried Seitan Rolls - Sliced (Vegan) "芳"麵輪 (全素）

The Fried Wheat Gluten (Seitan) Rolls (Sliced) is made of the same ingredients as the Seitan. The dough was rolled into dough then sliced and fried. It's commonly used in stew, braise, or stir-fry (chopped and mixed in stir-fried noodles).

We would recommend to boil separately for 5-10 minutes before adding to make your dishes.

因產品本身是油炸過，我們會建議先用滾水煮5-10分鐘去油再去烹飪，這樣才不會太油膩。
